Charleston Chirp Layered Scalloped Valance

The Charleston Chirp Scalloped Valance by Waverly is fully lined and layered and features gentle vines and floral designs pattern with birds on the top layer accented with a 2" hemmed striped pattern bottom layer. Both layers are hemmed with the striped fabric. The valance measures 50" W X 16" L has, a 3" pocket & 2" header. For proper fullness, use approx two times your window width in fabric. For wider windows use multiple valances. 100% Cotton.
