Is Swags Galore's facility open to the public?

Unfortunately, our warehouse is not open to the public.

What makes Swags Galore, Inc. unique?

Established in 1999 as one of the 1st curtain stores on the web, we focus on curtains & thats it! Our principle is to have deep stock on hand & most, if not all orders ship within 24 hours, orders placed before 2:00PM EST usually ship the same day. We are dedicated to having substantial amounts of inventory on hand & ready to ship to our customers.

We offer our products at deep discount prices, and always offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

We pride ourselves on offering the largest selection of styles, fabrics, and color options, and our in-house photo studio allows us to provide you with accurate & true-to-life product images; what you see is what you get!

What should I do if I receive Damaged or Defective Merchandise?

If you believe that there is an error in your shipment, that the items received are damaged or defective, or your order was damaged in transit, Click here to contact Swags Galore Customer Service within 7 days from receipt of your order. Return requests must be made within seven days of your receipt of the merchandise. Non-refundable items include: Final Sale Close Outs, Custom & Special Order items. Close Out items may be returned in exchange for the same/equal item only. In the event of defects/damage-in-transit, Custom Orders will be repaired or replaced, and Special Order items will be replaced.

What if I was shipped the wrong items?

Please inspect your order for completion on arrival. If you are were shipped the wrong item, Click here to contact Customer Service within 7 days from the receipt of your order. A replacement will be sent with a return tag. Please return the incorrect items within 14 business days. If the items are not returned you will be charged for the value of the replacement merchandise.

What if I was missing an item in my order?


Please inspect your order for completion on arrival. If you are missing an item, Click here to contact Customer Service within 7 days from the receipt of your order. The missing item will immediately be dispatched to you.

What if I didn't receive my order?


As soon as your order ships, tracking information is sent to you via email. Please refer to www.ups.com for UPS delivery rules & policies. Packages not received within a reasonable time frame, 7 days for UPS & 10 days for UPS Sure Post should be reported immediately to customerserivce@swagsgalore.com. We will do everything in our power to aide in the proper & timely delivery of each customer’s order.

What is your Special Orders Policies?

Since Special Order products are ordered specifically for you, they are not returnable for any reason. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has been placed.

Special order items usually ship within 3 to 14 business days, please allow extra time during the busy seasons & holidays. Please note that every effort is made to ship orders ASAP. Material backorders may occur at the manufacturers, at any time, please check fabric availability prior to placing order.

Please note: Special Orders, "Almost Custom" & non stock items will not be received in 2 days if 2nd day air is selected. They will be shipped 2nd day air when they are ready to ship from the supplier.

Can I cancel an order?

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse immediately packs the order for shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. If you refuse your shipment's delivery, you will be charged both original outbound & and actual return shipping costs associated with the refusal. If you received free shipping you will be charged the actual cost of shipping and the return shipping.

What is your Photo Variation Policy?

All images represent our products to the best of our ability within the limits of the internet and computer graphics displays. Unfortunately, individual computers reproduce color in vastly different spectrum. In light of this, we cannot guarantee that the image you see accurately portrays the actual product colors perfectly, in texture or pattern.

What do your Product Contents consist of?

All products are sold individually, unless otherwise specified. Panels, valances, bedding, curtain rods, etc. widths & lengths can vary several inches from the manufactures written specifications. Individual items are not pattern-matched, unless specifically stated. Pairs are described as over all width of both panels. Sets are described as over all width & length of the set. We make every attempt to ship dye lot consistent products, however, we are unable to guarantee dye lot consistency due to the nature of them manufacturing process. We cannot guarantee lot consistency for orders placed at different times.

What is your Pricing Policy?

Pricing and sale pricing are changed periodically. Previously placed orders are not eligible for pricing decreases or subject to pricing increases. Prices are effective during placement of order.

How long does it take for you to Process my Order?

Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed 24 hours 7 days a week. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted immediately. Orders that include close out, limited quantities & discontinued items will be adjusted prior to shipment. To assure availability contact customer service prior to ordering.
