To request a return/exchange authorization number, fill out the RMA Request Form. Include order number, a list of the items that you are requesting to return and the reason. A representative will answer via e-mail within 24 hours. Unwashed, unused, or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days (excluding any discount and shipping). Items received after 30 days or not meeting return criteria will be refused or abandoned, they may be returned at customer's request and expense.
We can’t accept returned items that are used, washed or items that have missing or damaged packaging. Special Orders, Almost Custom and Close outs are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.

Please return items within 30 days of your receipt for exchange or refund, your refund will be made to your charge card (excluding any discount and shipping charges).
You can expect a refund within 4 weeks of our receiving your returned product. You can expect a credit in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Any items returned that were purchased with a free ship coupon will be charged the regular outgoing shipping charges when the merchandise is returned. Exchanges will be charged regular outbound freight.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and then issue a refund or exchange if these terms have been met. Items returned that do not meet these criteria will be abandoned or may be returned at customer's request and expense.

Under no circumstances will inquries as a result of above be honored after 30 days of receipt of order. Please note: Returns must received with-in 30 days of reciept of order.

Please inspect your order for completion ASAP. If you are were shipped the wrong item, we must be contacted with-in 7 days. A replacement will be sent with a return tag. Please return incorrect items with-in 14 business days. If the items are not returned you will be charged for the value of the merchandise.

Our suppliers make every attempt to ship dye lot consistent products, but since we are not picking & shipping items we cannot guarantee dye lot consistency.
Special orders items usually ship within 3 to 14 business days, please allow extra time during the busy seasons & holidays. Please note every effort is made to ship orders ASAP, there can be material backorders at any time, please check fabric availability prior to placing order, if you are in a rush. We don't recommend special order items, if your time frame is critical.

Since Almost Custom products are made for you specially, they are not returnable for any reason. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once the order has been placed. Almost Custom orders usually ship within 7 to 14 business days, please allow extra time during the busy seasons. Please note every effort is made to ship orders ASAP, there can be material backorders at any time that could potentially delay your order past the 14-day standard shipping time frame. Please check fabric availability prior to placing order, if you are in a rush. Please note: Selecting 2nd day air, will only expedite shipping time, it will not expedite manufacturing time. Colors and textures on your computer monitor may vary from the actual fabric. If exact color match or texture is required, please order swatch materials before placing your order. Dye lots cannot be guaranteed. Swatch Service is available for almost custom products. Why do we charge for swatches when other companies send them for free? The answer, we like to keep our prices low, not over inflate them, like other companies. Swatches are mailed, they are non returnable. Almost custom products are line with Roc Lon Econo sheen, a 70/30 poly/cotton. White or ivory is used depending on the fabric. As a general rule if it is a light background fabric we use white, if the fabric has a darker background we use ivory. Due to the differences in character and content of fabric we allow a leeway tolerance of +/ or -1" in length & width. Please note: If no contrasting fabric is selected, the item will be self contrasting. Please note: Any items over 54" wide, are not necessarily pattern matched, panel pairs are not pattern matched. If you would like items pattern matched, please indicate in comments section, there will be a 20% upcharge.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. Please refer to our return policy once your order is received. In the event a special circumstance arises, a 50% cancellation fee will be accessed. Refused shipments will incur a 50% refused delivery fee or cover Swags Galore costs, which ever is greater. Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed 24 hours 7 days a week. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted immediately. Orders that include close out & discontinued items will be adjusted prior to shipment. All USA orders in the 48 contiguous states are currently being shipped UPS Ground. 2nd Day Air is also available. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii can use UPS 2nd Day Air. See Shipping Charge section for details. Please note: Special Orders, Almost Custom & non stock items, will not be received in 2 days if 2nd day air is selected. They will be shipped 2nd day air when they are received from the supplier.
