Is Swags Galore opened to the public or have Retail Stores?

Swags Galore is not open to the public, Swags Galore is a web based retailer, shipping online curtains orders since 1999. There 12,000 Square Foot Warehouse is located in North East, PA.

What makes Swags Galore, Inc so unique?

Well, they were established in 1999, one of the 1st curtain stores on the web, they focus on curtains & that’s it. There method is to have deep stock & most if not all orders ship with-in 24 hours, orders placed before 2:00PM EST usually ship the same day. The owners are dedicated, to having large amounts of inventory for all the items on their web site & ready to ship. This is not like their competitors who drop ship most of their items. Additionally, the large chains stores work on much larger margins to compensate for their large costly infrastructure.

Swags Galore offers their products at deep discount prices & always offer free shipping on all orders over $75.00. In addition, they offer many coupon discounts for all orders & extra incentives for returning customers.

Swags Galore likes to think they have the largest selection of styles, fabrics, and color options to offer their customers. We have our own photo studio to take many unique photo’s of the curtain products we offer, which helps the customer see what the products will look like on the windows.

What should I do if I received Damaged or Defective Merchandise?

If you believe that there is an error in your shipment, that the items received are damaged or defective, or your order was damaged in transit, Click here to contact Swags Galore Customer Service within 7 days from receipt of your order. Under no circumstances will inquires as a result of above be honored after 7 days of receipt of order. No refunds will be issued on Final Sale Close Outs, Almost Custom & Special Order items. Close outs will be replaced. Almost custom special orders will be repaired or replaced. Special Order items will be replaced.

What if I was shipped the wrong items?

Please inspect your order for completion ASAP. If you are were shipped the wrong item, Click here to contact Swags Galore Customer Service within 7 days from receipt of your order. A replacement will be sent with a return tag. Please return incorrect items with-in 14 business days. If the items are not returned you will be charged for the value of the merchandise. Close outs will be replaced. Almost custom special orders will be repaired or replaced. Special Order items will be replaced.

What if I was missing an item in my order?


Please inspect your order for completion ASAP. If you are missing an item, Click here to contact Swags Galore Customer Service within 7 days from receipt of your order. The missing item will be sent ASAP.

What if I didn't recieve my order?


Swags Galore, ships all orders quickly, as soon as your order ships tracking information is sent, it is the responsibility of each customer to make proper arrangements with the shipping provider to assure proper delivery of their package. Please refer to www.ups.com for its delivery rules & policies. Packages not received within a reasonable time frame, 7 days for UPS & 10 days for UPS Sure Post should be reported immediately to customerserivce@swagsgalore.com . Swags Galore will do everything in it power to aide in the proper delivery of each customer’s order. It is extremely important for the customer to do its due diligence to also aide in the delivery process.

What is your Special Orders Policies?

Since Special Order products are ordered specifically for you, they are not returnable for any reason. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once the order has been placed. Our suppliers make every attempt to ship dye lot consistent products, but since we are not picking & shipping items we cannot guarantee dye lot consistency.

Special order items usually ship within 3 to 14 business days, please allow extra time during the busy seasons & holidays. Please note every effort is made to ship orders ASAP, there can be material backorders at any time, please check fabric availability prior to placing order, if you are in a rush. We don't recommend special order items, if your time frame is critical.

Please note: Special Orders, Almost Custom & non stock items, will not be received in 2 days if 2nd day air is selected. They will be shipped 2nd day air when they are ready to ship from the supplier.

Can I cancel an order?

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. Emails for cancellations will not be accepted. If you refuse your shipment you will be charged both original outbound & and actual return shipping costs associated with the refusal. If you received free shipping you will be charged the actual cost of shipping and the return shipping.

What is your Refused Delivery Policy?

Swags Galore will not accept customers conditions that contradicts our policies, either in e-mails or order comments.

What is your Photo Variation Policy?

All images represent our products to the best of our ability within the limits of the internet and computer graphics. Unfortunately, individual computers reproduce color in vastly different spectrums, depending on video cards, monitor settings etc. In light of this we cannot guarantee that the image you see accurately portrays the actual product colors, texture or pattern.

What is your Errors and inaccuracies policy?

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our Web site. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any Web site is completely free of human or technological errors. This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current. What do your Product Contents consist of?

All products are sold individually, unless otherwise specified. Panels, valances, bedding, curtain rods, etc. widths & lengths can vary several inches from the manufactures written specifications. Individual items are not patterned matched, unless specifically stated. Pairs are described as over all width of both panels. Sets are described as over all width & length of the set. We make every attempt to ship dye lot consistent products, however, we are unable to guarantee dye lot consistency. We cannot guarantee lot consistency for orders placed at different times.

What is your Pricing Policy?

Pricing and sale pricing are changed periodically, Previously placed orders are not eligible for pricing decreases or subject to pricing increases. Prices are effective during placement of order.

How long does it take for your to Process my Order?

Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed 24 hours 7 days a week. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted immediately. Orders that include close out, limited quantities & discontinued items will be adjusted prior to shipment. To assure availability contact customer service prior to ordering.
