I have ordered from Swags Galore twice now. I ordered 8 sets of Valances for my living room and recently Ruffled white Valance for my daughters room. The quality is very nice. I was very frustrated by the lack of options at the stores. I was never a online shopper before. However, I have changed my views about shopping on line now. I did have to return two valances back because I purchased too many, but Swags refunded my purchase with no problem. I had to write in a few times to get in contact with someone. I figured they might be swamped. I was patient. Their product is wonderful. I'm a hard person to please because I like quality. The white doubled Ruffled Valances are so pretty. The pictures are very good images.

I purchased eight of these valances to use as a topper for layered semi-sheer draperies in a bedroom. They are very pretty and suit the airy, garden theme of the room very nicely. Sewing quality is imperfect, but when shirred on the rod, you don't really notice. At this modest price, I can't complain. I had a problem with one of the valances not matching the others in the way it was cut and sewn and emailed Swags Galore. They called me promptly the next morning and sent a replacement out that same day. You can't ask for better customer service than that!
