These valances are so pretty, the only problem I have is that they stick together and getting the curtain rod into it is very difficult. I wish the shipping was cheaper but the valances are very pretty and so nice once they are hung. I have a very large window in my living room and I wish they had longer and wider valances that would look as nice on that window too.

look great and they are washable
These panels are almost perfect for my window panels. I have to hem the bottom of each by one inch but that's easy to do.
ProsOne of the panels I received had a pull in it but when the panel is on the rod and scrunched to fit the window, you can't see it.

I did have one valance that had a dime size hole in it. When I called customer service, they quickly replaced the defective valance.

I had these curtains and valances at my former home in the bedroom and bathroom. I loved the elegant pattern and the versatility of these curtains. Great customer service
I ordered three swags; when my order came it was not quite correct. They sent me two swags and one set of tiers. I emailed them and the next day I received both an email reply and a phone message; they immediately sent out the correct curtains to me. The mess up was not ideal, but these things happen and I thought they went over and above to rectify the situation and to express their apology. I would definitely order from this company again!

Charming
I replaced formal swags and jabots in my dining room with these valances and they make my dining room so much more airy and friendly. I love them! The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because when you get up close many of the edges look kind of raggedy and you're reminded that these are machine made and only cost $9.99. Just the same, though this would normally bother me, I am willing to overlook it for the overall effect. I am not sorry I bought them and installed them.

Lightweight & Scalloped Lace
Love the look. Needed something soft and lightweight in this room.
ConsThe two panels don't hang just right. I ended up layering one panel over the other in the middle, otherwise the drop of the panels gaped open on the bottom. They're hanging in a spare bedroom so I don't mind much.

I am a first timer with curtains, had no idea what to get. I finally decided on burgundy grommet panels & wanted to do a sheer with them. I decided on this one in the natural, got 2 sets for two windows. We just hung them today & they are beautiful! I almost didn't want to put the burgundy panels over them. I love these lace panels!
