I ordered my curtains and it is not the color I thought it was going to be?

Over the years we’ve received many questions about the representation of colors in our online catalog. It’s true we do not offer swatches for our pre packaged products and we understand it can be frustrating choosing the correct color to match with the décor in your home.
Swags Galore mission is to provide the best product at the cheapest price and since 1999 we’ve been doing just that. It would be next to impossible for us to provide swatches of the 1000’s of products we offer without hiring more staff, expenses for shipping of the swatches and the cost of the material. The bottom line is we would have to raise the prices of our products, not something we want to do.

Colors are named by the manufacturer. We try our best to photo and describe the products as best as possible. For example: olive, sage, green, hunter and harvest (all green colors) are names that the distributor gives the product and we understand that everybody has their own interpretation of colors (it’s subjective at best). But we are at the mercy of the manufacturer/distributor in describing the color as close as possible. We hope our customers understand the complexity of purchasing products on the web.
We have experimented with changing the color a manufacturer has labeled their products only to have customers complain that we sold them the wrong product. For instance; manufacturer names product X olive green, but after selling it for a couple of months the customer reviews suggest that they interpret the color to be sage green, we relabeled the product sage green only to have other customers review that we changed the labeling of the product and misrepresented it, very frustrating.
We want all our customers to be satisfied with our service and products and we strive to be the best at what we do. Please understand the position we are in when it comes to the labeling of products and there colors, it’s as frustrating for us as it is for you.
