 
Swags Overlay Panel, swag is attached to panel, both swag & panel are fully lined. 2" header and 3" rod pocket. Fits standard 2 1/2" wide pocket rod or a decorative rod up to 2" diameter. Swag includes bullion fringe. Swag drop is 26" (excluding fringe). Each panel covers a width from 18" to 26", for wider areas us multiple panels. Photo shows 2 panels. Main fabric is for panel, and contrasting fabric is for swag.
