The Southern Belle Valance is fully lined. The 2" header and the lining is in the contrasting fabric, the valance is 18"L. The Southern Belle Valance has a 2" header and a 3" rod pocket and fits a standard 2 1/2" wide pocket curtain rod. Select contrasting fabric as an option. For proper fullness use 1 1/2" to 2 times your window width in fabric.
