Sachet is a plaid tier pair. Tiers have a 1 1/2" rod pocket. For proper fullness use approx two times your window width in fabric. 100% cotton, made in the USA. Please note: The manufacturer has named one of the colors blue, not certain why, it appears closer to a muted green, maybe with a slight blue hue. Photo shows: two valances & two pairs of tiers.
