The Petticoat Valance has two fully lined layers of fabric. The bottom Layer is in the contrasting fabric, with offset scallops. The Petticoat Valance has a 2" header & 3" rod pocket and fits a standard 2 1/2" wide pocket curtain rod. The petticoat valance is 18" in length. Select contrasting fabric as an option. For proper measurement use 1 1/2" to 2 times your window width in fabric. Petticoat Valance can be ordered in 50" wide increments. Pricing indicated when width is selected.
