 
Nicole is a thermal insulated panel. Nicole has a floral jacquard look on a classic fabric. Nicole has foam thermal backing, the thermal insulation saves energy and reduces heating cost. Nicole keeps out the cold and keeps in the heat. Fabric is 100% polyester & machine washable. Nicole panel has a 3" pocket & 1 1/4" header. For proper fullness use two times your window width in fabric. Matching foam back scalloped valance measuring 56"W X 17"L is also available, sold seperately.
