The Lexington Valance is fully lined, both layers are self corded on bottom, the tassel is attached to the top layer, Valance has 1 1/2" pocket & fits a standard double curtain rod. The sides measure 19"W X 21"L and the center measures 32"W X 23"L. Order extra centers for wider windows. Select contrasting fabric & tassel color as an option.
