Fresh Cut valance is a fully lined layered valance. The top layer has a wonderful medium scaled foral pattern, the bottom layers have a coordinating striped fabric. The valance is well made in the USA, both layers are fully lined. The valance has a 3" pocket & a 2" header. 100% Cotton. Valance made with Waverly Fabric.
