The Empire Valance is fully lined, available in 3 widths and is 18"L, has no header and a 3" Rod Pocket. Fits a 2 1/2" wide pocket curtain rod. For proper fullness use 1 1/2" to 2 times your window width in fabric. The 100"W valance has two swags, the 150"W valance has three swags & the 200"W has four swags.
