 
Debbie is a foam back energy saving curtain panel. Panel has a color matched jacquard diamond pattern design, fabric has a wonderful sheen. Panel has standard pocket and 2" header. Panel has 100% Polyester front with 100% acrylic foam backing & machine washable. Tie Up Valance is unfoamed and has a 3" wide pocket with no header.
