 
Chartwell is a gorgeous england aspired two piece crescent valance. Valance has nice large scaled stripe design accented with a lovely medium scale floral design. Chartwell has a 2" header and a 3" pocket. Fabric is 70% polyester/30% cotton and machine washable. For proper fullness use 1-1/2 to 2 times your window width.
