Carrie is a blackout foam backed fringed waterfall valance. Carrie has an antique satin look on a classic slubbed fabric. Valance has a 1 1/2" pocket & 1 1/2" header. Carrie has foam thermal backing, the thermal insulation saves energy and reduces heating cost. Carrie keeps out the cold and keeps in the heat. Available in many colors & sizes. Valance has an unique textured fabric. Fabric, the face is 50% polyester/50% cotton & the reverse is 100% polyester with foam backing.
