 
The Carolyn II Valance is fully lined. The 2" header and bottom petticoat is in the contrasting fabric. The Carolyn II Valance has a 2" header and a 3" rod pocket and fits a standard 2 1/2" wide pocket curtain rod. Select Contrasting fabric an option. For proper fullness use 1 1/2" to 2 times your window width in fabric. For wider windows use multiple valances. Select width below, Valance length is 15" to 18"L.
