Carrie has foam thermal backing, 3 layers of acrylic foam The thermal insulation saves energy and reduces heating cost. Carrie keeps out the cold and keeps in the heat. Available in many colors & sizes. Rod pocket has an unique textured fabric. Carrie is 100% polyester fabric. Carrie has a 1 1/2" header & 1 1/2" pocket. For proper fullness use two times your window width in fabric.
