 
Boroughs is a faux silk look large scale plaid
Lined Panels - Lined Panels made 50" wide with a 3" rod pocket, 3" header and 5" bottom hems. Lined with high-count broadcloth.
Valances - The tie-up is lined with high-count broadcloth, 52" wide by 30" long, 3" rod pocket, no header and two pre-made strap ties sewn into heading for easy hanging. Tailored valance is not lined, 50" wide, with a 3" rod pocket, 2" header and a 1" bottom hem. Duchess Filler is lined, 52" wide by 16" long, 3" rod pocket, 2" header.
Cloth Content: 100% Polyester.
