Austin Valance is fully lined & scallop at the bottom, accented with quality color coordinating cording. Valance has 3" rod pocket & 1" header. Fabric is 100% Polyester and the Lining is 80% Polyester/20% Cotton. For proper fullness use approx., two times the window width in fabric, for wider windows use multiple valances.
